New York Times Named for a song written in 1866, it is the work of Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher, who have restaurants in the Hamptons. There are about a dozen kinds of champagnes, along with oysters, plates of fish crudo, salads, burgers and grilled swordfish. |
