Find Us in Denver at Slow Food Nations

16x9_web

This weekend we’re headed to the Mile High City for Slow Food Nations 2019, an international festival celebrating farmers, chefs, and all people who love good food. This year it’s being held in Denver from July 19-21, and the theme we’re exploring is ‘Where Tradition Meets Innovation.’

Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization dedicated to preserving local food cultures and traditions, counteracting the rise of fast life, and educating people about the food they eat and where it comes from. So you can expect that they’d throw a pretty killer food festival featuring dinners, demonstrations, and plenty of beer from yours truly.

Our relationship with Slow Food goes way back to when our Brewmaster Garrett Oliver worked alongside a handful of other American food pioneers to form Slow Food USA in 2000 and helped write its constitution. Later Garrett even served as a governor of Slow Food International, so we’re happier than ever to be back pouring at their festival.

You can find the schedule of events here, check out where we’ll be pouring below, and we’ll see you in Denver.
