Charles Dayan of Bonjour Capital, the developer behind Bed-Stuy’s 333 Greene Avenue, has a new project in the works, this one at 358 Broadway in Tribeca. The site is currently home to a six-story building, which will be demolished to make way for an 18-story building containing 89 rental units. Permits filed yesterday with the Department of Buildings, also spotted by New York YIMBY, have the architect listed as Daniel Goldner and put the total square footage at 89,080.
