If you’re looking to buy in the neighborhood, here’s a few places worth considering

Welcome to Curbed NY’s Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Park Slope.

The co-op has bike storage and allows pets. It’s located on 12th Street, between Prospect Park West and Eighth Avenue. It’s asking $850,000, with maintenance charges coming in at $570/month.

The condo has an elevator and allows both cats and dogs. It’s located on Garfield Place, between Fourth and Fifth avenues. It’s asking $1.575 million, with taxes coming in at $213/month and common charges $780/month.

It sits between Fourth and Fifth avenues, in a four-story condo that accepts pets. Taxes are $618/month and common charges $493/month. It’s asking $1.1 million.

It’s located inside a townhouse on Warren Street, between Fourth and Fifth avenues. Taxes are $46/month and common charges $578/month. It’s asking $2.3 million.
