For $800K, a graceful Upper West Side two-bedroom

Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This Upper West Side apartment that has just listed caught our eye for many reasons, but the main one is the fact that it’s a two-bedroom—and two-bedrooms rarely make it into this column.

Aside from its $800,000 price tag, the co-op unit has cute details in its interiors including beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and French doors. It also has nine-foot ceilings, four closets, a dishwasher, and a relatively spacious living room.

It sits within a 16-story building that has an elevator, a common laundry room, a bike room, and allows both cats and dogs. Maintenance charges are $820/month (according to Localize.city, that’s 70 percent lower than similar listings).

It’s located at 50 West 106th Street, between Manhattan and Columbus avenues, mere steps from Central Park and near the B and C trains at 103rd Street.

The apartment is listed with Jacob Wood and Peter Forsman of Douglas Elliman.
